Custom Product Terms & Conditions
When submitting artwork, text, or images for customization, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These guidelines help ensure the best final product and protect all parties involved.
Content Ownership & Rights
By submitting content for reproduction, you confirm that:
- You are the owner of the content, or the content is in the public domain.
- You have the legal authority to reproduce the design.
- The content does not infringe on copyright, privacy, or publicity rights.
- The content is not defamatory, obscene, or illegal.
- The content does not denigrate or attack individuals or groups.
MG Golf reserves the right to refuse to print content that violates these guidelines.
Return Policy for Personalized Products
Due to their custom nature, return credit for personalized items is decided on a case-by-case basis. Generally speaking, personalized product returns (which include cancelled orders past the printing stage) will receive a refund minus a restocking fee. (Restocking fees are waived in the rare instance of an actual printing defect). The refund will apply to the product only; any cost to personalize is non-refundable.
Personalized returns that are a result of creative choices made by you that involve no- or low-contrast combinations (black on black, blue on blue, red on black, blue on red, pink on green, etc...), or having supplied content that is obscene or otherwise offensive, are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Poor contrast design choices (ex: black on black, blue on blue)
- Low-quality or low-resolution images supplied by the customer
- Offensive or inappropriate artwork
Design & Print Limitations
While our preview tool provides a close representation of the final product, some limitations may affect the final result.
- Screen colors (light-emitting displays) may appear different from printed colors.
- Very small text or thin fonts may be difficult to reproduce clearly.
- Low-resolution images may appear pixelated when printed.
- Color display settings on your monitor may cause slight color differences.
Tip: High contrast designs and high-resolution images produce the best results.
