We want you to be happy with your purchase. We try to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible for you.

Exchanges: Received an item that does not fit? Ordered the wrong hand for your golf glove(s)? Any other problem? Simply return the item to the address on the back of your packing slip with a note about what you want to do and we will exchange the item for you FREE OF CHARGE! * Customized items have a modified return policy. Returns (within 60 days): Don't like the product you received? No problem. Just send it back to the address on the back of your packing slip within 60 days and we will issue a prompt refund to the payment method you used for the full product price. No questions asked!* Customized items have a modified return policy. For more details, see our personalized return policy below.

Returns (over 60 days): Defective product? Something broke when it shouldn't have? Just call our Customer Care department at 469-553-0893 or 1-800-404-8330 and we can figure out how to help. If the product is defective, we will replace it with an equivalent item at NO CHARGE, or provide an account credit!

Personalized Product Returns: Due to their custom nature, return credit for personalized items is decided on a case by case basis. Generally speaking, personalized product returns (which include cancelled orders past the printing stage) will receive a refund minus a restocking fee. (Restocking fees are waived in the rare instance of an actual printing defect). The refund will apply to the product only; any cost to personalize is non-refundable. 

Personalized returns that are a result of creative choices made by you that involve no- or low-contrast combinations (black on black, blue on blue, red on black, blue on red, pink on green, etc...), or having supplied content that is obscene or otherwise offensive, are non-refundable.

By submitting content for reproduction, you represent and warrant that:
  • You are the owner of the content, or the content is in the public domain.

Return Policy for Personalized Products and Other Important Guidelines for Creative Design Choices:

Due to their custom nature, return credits for personalized items are decided on a case-by-case basis. Returns that are a result of creative choices made by you that involve no- or low-contrast combinations (black on black, blue on blue, red on black, blue on red, a colored image on optic yellow golf balls, etc...) or having supplied content that is obscene or otherwise offensive, are non-refundable.

Please be aware that despite our excellent print quality and the displayed preview image being a reasonably good representation of the final product, there are some limitations that prevent a 100% accurate rendering on screen and that some creative choices and poor quality images can cause poor quality results. Such cases are not considered printing defects. These limitations include (but are not limited to):

  • Differences in emissive (light from your display) versus reflective (light reflected off physical objects) can cause some variance in the final printed product from what is perceived on the display.
  • The actual print area size (versus the enlarged preview image on screen) can cause detailed elements like smaller (not enlarged) type, fonts with thinner elements, and other fine detail in images to become illegible—especially when choosing poor contrast combinations.  For example,  a dark font on a dark background, a small or thin font on a dark background, or a color image or color text (red, blue, green, pink, or white) on optic yellow golf balls.
  • Uncalibrated color settings on your display can cause a shift in on-screen color rendering resulting in a final product that appears differently.
  • Images supplied by you that are low-resolution can result in pixelation,, which can cause blurriness and other adverse effects on quality.

Being mindful of these guidelines can help you to make creative design choices that result in the best final quality for your personalized product!

Shipping Policy

How long will it take MG Golf to ship my order?

When you place an order, we will automatically check to see if we have the product in stock and let you know immediately.

If the product(s) are not customized and in stock, your order will be shipped WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY (Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays)! Most orders entered before 12:00 Noon Central Time will ship the SAME DAY!

If your order contains any customized item(s), it will ship within approximately 2-3 business days (excluding holidays). 

If the product(s) are not in stock, we will tell you the approximate date the order will ship at the time you order. You can always cancel your backorder ANYTIME before it ships!

Unless you specify a specific shipment method for your order when you place it (when available), we will select a shipment method that ensures rapid delivery to you at the best price. NOTE: Unlike other sites that offer "discount shipping", we NEVER send our products via Third Class, Standard Class, or Parcel Post.
