Please be aware that despite our excellent print quality and the displayed preview image being a reasonably good representation of the final product, there are some limitations that prevent a 100% accurate rendering on screenand that some creative choices and poor quality images can cause poor quality results. Such cases are not considered printing defects.
Being mindful of these guidelines can help you to make creative design choices that result in the best final quality for your personalized product.
Design Do's & Don'ts
✔ Recommended
Use high-contrast color combinations
Upload high-resolution images
Use bold or thicker fonts
Keep text large and readable
Preview your design carefully before submitting
✖ Avoid
Low-contrast combinations (a dark font on a dark background, a small or thin font on a dark background, black on black, blue on black, white on white etc.)
Colored artwork on optic yellow golf balls - the art will not show well
Very small text or thin fonts may become illegible
Low-resolution images cause pixelation
Obscene or offensive content
Copyright or trademarked work, including professional and college sports teams, text, or images, and celebrities
Printing Limitations
Screen vs Printed Color
Displays produce color using emitted light, while printed products reflect light. Because of this, the final printed product may appear slightly different from what is shown on your screen.
Print Area Size
The on-screen preview is enlarged for visibility, while the actual print area is smaller (approximately 13/16"). As a result, small text and fine details may be harder to read when printed. We recommend enlarging your text using the customization tools. The more of the circle your design fills, the larger it will appear on the final product.
Image Resolution
Low-resolution images may result in pixelation, blurriness, or loss of detail in the final printed product.
Color Accuracy Notice
Colors displayed on monitors may not exactly match the final printed product due to differences in screen calibration, lighting conditions, and printing processes.
Golf Glove Logo Orientation
On custom golf gloves, the closure tab is oriented so that when the glove is worn and the arm is extended naturally, the logo reads correctly to others facing you. This reflects the default layout preferred by the vast majority of customers. During customization, there is an option to rotate or flip the image if you prefer a different orientation.
Return Policy for Personalized Products
Due to their custom nature, return credit for personalized items is decided on a case-by-case basis. Generally speaking, personalized product returns (which include cancelled orders past the printing stage) will receive a refund minus a restocking fee. (Restocking fees are waived in the rare instance of an actual printing defect). The refund will apply to the product only; any cost to personalize is non-refundable.
Personalized returns that are a result of creative choices made by you that involve no- or low-contrast combinations (black on black, blue on blue, red on black, blue on red, pink on green, etc...), or having supplied content that is obscene or otherwise offensive, are non-refundable.
